He was suffering from advanced mange, starvation, and trauma.
At first, even the rescue team was startled by his appearance. But they approached gently, offering food and speaking softly.
Slowly, Natu responded. To prevent him from running off in fear, they had to use a net—but once in their care, Natu surprised everyone with his calmness.
He was rushed to the RRSA India clinic, where the veterinary team got to work right away.
Despite the pain he must have been in, Natu didn’t resist.
He let them clean his wounds, remove the parasites, and begin treatment—all without a sound, as if he knew they were trying to help.
The vets diagnosed a painful hematoma along with severe skin infections, confirming just how much his body had endured.
But Natu’s quiet resilience gave them hope.
