At the Orphaned Wildlife Center in Otisville, New York, two massive bears, Rosie and Randy, were recently seen playing on the ice of their enclosure, providing a delightful spectacle of bear-sized ice capades.
Rosie, a 23-year-old Kodiak bear weighing 750 pounds, was joined by her friend Randy, a 23-year-old Syrian brown bear weighing 790 pounds, as they romped across the frozen pond.

The Orphaned Wildlife Center, run by Jim and Susan, is a unique sanctuary where the couple cares for these misunderstood creatures with love and dedication.
They treat the bears like family, handling all the daily chores and ensuring that each animal feels at home. The sanctuary aims to rehabilitate and release the animals back into the wild.
The playful antics of Rosie and Randy captivated observers. As they wandered across the ice, it almost looked like they were practicing their moonwalk moves.
Randy seemed energetic as if he wanted to initiate a wrestling match with his companion.
Rosie, though, had her playful agenda. After a light slap to Randy’s face, he took a break and sat on the ice, perhaps contemplating his next move.
Soon, Rosie approached Randy with a gentle nudge, inviting him to play again. Randy responded by sliding across the ice, much to the delight of onlookers.
Despite their considerable combined weight, the ice held firm, allowing the two bears to enjoy their icy playground without any incidents.
Watching Rosie and Randy on the ice was like witnessing kids having a blast in the snow, showcasing the lighter side of these giant animals and the loving care provided by their human caregivers.
